With a rich history dating back to 1973, SPEC has strategically expanded to over forty-two convenient branch locations, solidifying our position as a leading wholesale distributor across the Midwest, South, and Southeastern regions. Members of the Equipment Sales Team are responsible for selling roofing equipment, safety equipment, and other specialty products while assisting the local Outside Sales Team in maintaining customer relationships, growing general product sales, and developing new, productive accounts. The Equipment Sales Team must maintain a professional image of SPEC Building Materials Corporation. Team members will aggressively promote and help sell the entire SPEC product line.

Required Experience
Master's Degree in discipline or 18 credits in the specific discipline. Prefer teaching experience at the college level. Demonstrated ability to work with various populations representing a wide range of abilities, ages, nationalities and cultures. Experience with instructional technology preferred.
Responsible for instruction and facilitating student learning; committed to student recruitment, retention and success; assessment of learning, development of curriculum and use of instructional delivery modes utilizing both traditional and non-traditional methodology.
