Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping machines running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Repair or replace worn or damaged components
• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support unplanned repairs
• Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience in equipment maintenance or industrial service (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics or manuals
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and mechanical systems a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
