Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Track owned and rented equipment and its’ associated costs
Work with job sites to manage equipment utilization and determine if changes in the quantity or type of assets are needed
Manage the mobilization/transfer of assets
Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and required inspections
Manage regulatory compliance programs
Run the telematics program and vehicle fuel and maintenance program
Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to schedules.
Prepare or review reports on progress, materials used, and costs, and adjust work schedules as indicated by reports
Direct business of day-to-day operations of a yard site from quoting through invoicing and see that bills and employees are paid correctly
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays
Responsible for generating outside business for fabrication, field service, and equipment sales
