    Equipment Technician, Warehouse Associate & Production Associates

    RICHARDSON, TX

    Location: Richardson, TX

    Pay Rate: $15 - $18/hour

    Type: Full-Time, On-site

    We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse and production teams. Whether you’re new to manufacturing or have prior experience, we have opportunities available for all skill levels. Training will be provided.

    Available positions:

    Equipment Technician ($18/hour):

    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crawl for extended periods.
    • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds of tools or parts.
    • Comfortable working in heat, noise, and confined or elevated spaces.
    • 2+ years of experience as a technician servicing equipment relating to printing.
    • Previous experience with inkjet printers preferred.
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Proficiency in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
    • Able to work non-standard schedules with potential for overtime or after-hours calls.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in high-pressure production environments.
    • Occasional domestic/international travel required for equipment training.
    • Preferred but not required:

    - Knowledge of RIP (Raster Image Processor) and Adobe Photoshop applications.

    - Understanding of color management tools such as i1 Profiler.

    - Experience with Learn Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

    - Experience with Kornit digital printers.

    Cut/Print Operator ($17/hour):

    • Basic computer knowledge to operate cutting/printing software.
    • Strong attention to details and quality control.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
    • Able to lift and handle acrylic materials (10 - 15 lbs) safely.

    Warehouse Associate ($16/hour):

    • Receive and inspect incoming/outcoming shipments.
    • Organize and move boxes and materials throughout the warehouse.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Forklift experience is a plus.
    • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    Production Associates - Prep ($15/hour):

    • Prepare and check materials, documents, or print files before production.
    • Ensure all job information is complete and accurate.
    • Organize and stage orders for teams.
    • Maintain an organized and clean prep area.
    • Basic computer skills (scanning, creating files, etc.)

    Production Associates – Mock -up ($15/hour):

    • Strong attention to details.
    • Ability to distinguish colors accurately.
    • Experience taping film on shirts is a plus.
    • Basic computer skills (scanning, creating files, etc.)
