    We are seeking an Equipment and Setup Technician for our Memphis location. Pay rate: $25-$28 an hour:

    Primary Role: As an Equipment and Setup Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness, safety, and a high level of customer satisfaction when setting up job sites.

    Production Operations: Respond to service calls and mobilize to various job sites around the SE region and Nationally when applicable and meet all mobilization time frames. Communicate and work well with other team members to effectively and efficiently setup job sites with large scale drying, AC, heat, power, and power distribution equipment. Perform routine maintenance on all equipment and troubleshoot problems to avoid downtime. Accurately complete all paperwork as needed to track equipment at job sites for billing. Clean, load and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed. Clean and disinfect equipment regularly. Inspect equipment for damage. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance checklists and equipment maintenance checklists as assigned to include inventory management. Attend safety training.

    Requirements:

    Candidate must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR.

    Must possess strong communication skills.

    Candidates should be able to do general carpentry, and any other type of trade work would be an added benefit.

    There will be on the job training specific to our equipment, i.e., desiccants, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and air movers. Initial training will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks and will include equipment set up, and takedown.

    Ideal candidate will have experience within the Mitigation/Restoration, Construction or other related industries. Travel will primarily be in the Southeast, but Nationally as needed.

    Candidates should be able to travel away from home for several weeks to a month at a time.
