EQUIS FINANCIAL | G-FORCE INSURANCE GROUP is seeking AMBITIOUS, HIGHLY-DRIVEN AND SELF-MOTIVATED PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME INSURANCE AGENTS to join our fast growing team. In this position, you will provide life insurance to clients who want to protect their families. You will act as an outside sales agent selling both term and whole life insurance products. You will establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships to retain customers. You can work Part-Time or Full-Time and can work from home. We provide new customer leads and plenty of training and coaching!!! We also offer the opportunity to build your own insurance agency and generate long term passive income :)

INSURANCE AGENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approach potential clients by phone, email, or in-person
• Determine the specific needs of clients by researching current coverage and providing available options
• Answer questions related to coverage and monthly / annual charges
• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review of client insurance options to educate clients
• Obtain underwriting approval by completing applications for coverage
• Take continuing education to maintain insurance license.

INSURANCE AGENT REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE FLORIDA (REQUIRED) - WE OFFER DISCOUNTED ON-LINE COURSE TO ACHIEVE LICENSE.
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience with computers or tablets
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships
• Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in generating sales
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
