The People, Talent and Culture (PTC) Coordinator supports PTC processes. This role coordinates onboarding, and administers employee health and welfare plans and acts as liaison between employees, representatives and insurance providers. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Coordinator makes that certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. **

This is a fully remote (USA only), exempt, full-time position with occasional domestic travel and a competitive salary of $75,000- 90,000 per year, based on experience and geography. This salary range represents a good faith estimate of what Equis may pay for this position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as budget availability and commensurate with the selected candidates' experience.
