ESCROW OFFICER:

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Sole communication between us and the client(s)- excellent phone skills and email etiquette required

• Escrow Officer will be responsible for supporting current business and delivering a high level of service to the client

• Reviews title to confirm liens are released or the appropriate documentation is received. And that title is clear for closing

• Scheduling files for closing

• Reading closing instructions to prepare HUD/CD

• Review closing documents for accuracy and prepares needed title documents

• Balance file & complete disbursement per lender closing instructions/CD

• Contacts title company, lenders and customers with questions and issues that need to be resolve.

• Must be a notary

• 5+ years title/escrow experience

• Excellent computer skills- Gators software knowledge a plus

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• High level multi-tasking and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
