    General Job Description

    The Receptionist will deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our company.  The ideal candidate will be a client/customer-centric, hard-working and an extremely organized person able to undertake a variety of office support tasks while working diligently under pressure.  The role will welcome guests, greet people who visit the business, and coordinate front-desk activities. This is an entry level role with the opportunity to advance into the Office Administrative Assistant and/or Executive Assistant to the CEO.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence 

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the office

    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

    • Assist in office administration and provide clerical support producing reports, presentations and briefs

    • Receive deliveries, as well as sort and distribute incoming mail

    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

    • Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying

    • Keep inventory and place orders for office supplies

    • Schedule meetings and appointments

    • Others duties, as assigned

    Minimum Skill Requirements

    • MS Office and English proficiency 

    • Outstanding organization and time management skills 

    • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Discretion and confidentiality 

    • High School diploma (College degree preferred)

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

    • Punctual with strong attendance history

    • Familiarity with Google Docs and proficiency with Google Sheets would be considered an advantage
