Job Description -
- Quickly assess and apply corporate best practices strategies for coordinating field and client communication in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
- Act as a key function link between appraiser, system, and client - keeps orders on track for timely delivery, secures cash-flow from the orders
- Responds to systems notifications with corrective actions – anticipate and determine steps and communicate information effectively to parties involved for quick results
- Operational results-oriented position - processing backlogs most efficiently
- Document and update order records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Required Experience and Key Skills -
- 3+ years of experience in a business setting
- Experience in real estate a plus
- Ability to react to and overcome potential objections
- Ability to research, identify and prioritize solutions
- Ability to organize conflicting priorities
- Comfortable talking on the phone to drive collaboration
