POSITION: Club Level Bartender **

HOURLY RANGE:** Guaranteed no less than $11.00 per hour + tips. Average rate with tips varies between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour - Rate of pay will depend on business volume.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Club Level Bartender on our team, you'll master the art of creating a superior customer experience. This position is responsible for taking orders, prepare server drinks orders, and making an unforgettable guest experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for the setup, maintenance and operation of the assigned bar location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• He/she must be 18 or older.

• Much be RAMP certified or willing to obtain certification through Erie Events. Additionally, must satisfactorily fulfill all departmental training requirements.

• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes preferred.

• Must have basic math skills and the ability to handle money.

• Must have ability to remain stationary as well as Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, and bending for long periods of up to four (5) hours in length.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, and weekends.

Job Description Detail:

• Responsible for the setup, maintenance, cleanliness and operation of the club bar.

• Works with Club Level Servers and fulfils patron drink orders.

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes.

• Knowledge of standard pouring measurements for all products served according to ECCCA policies and procedures.

• Is able to multi task in a high-volume capacity.

• Communicate with supervisor on any issues, discrepancies and supplies needed.

• Knowledge and experience with POS systems.

• Tender payment from patrons for drinks served and make change as necessary.

• Counting inventory at beginning and end of shift, keeping proper records of inventory coming in/going out during event and verifying inventory to your end of shift POS cash out.

• May slice fruit for garnishing drinks.

• May wash and sterilize glassware.

• Conform to the laws and regulations of the PLCB.

• Implements and enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of bar areas.

• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.
