  • Responsibilities

    POSITION: TICKET SELLERS

    REPORTS TO: BOX OFFICE MANAGER

    FACILITIES: Erie Insurance Arena/ Warner Theatre/ Bayfront Convention Center

    HOURLY RATE: $12.00/Hour

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The part time ticket seller sells tickets to the public prior to events. He/she must be able to execute ticket sales and is responsible for accounting for all transactions. He/she provides tickets for the requested quantity, price, event, performance, location with appropriate discounts for ECCCA events and ensures proper payment is received. He/she performs related duties as directed by the box office supervisor. He/she must possess a professional presence and work well with the public.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    The part time ticket seller must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. He/she possess strong math and computer skills. He/she must have strong communication skills. He/she must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. He/she must be able to lift twenty-five pounds and have manual dexterity and motor coordination. He/she must be bondable and pass a security/reference check.
