Seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, patient, and kind-hearted caregiver for our three young children (ages boy/7, girl/8, girl/10). Hours are 2:30-6:30 Monday-Friday in the Fox Mill Estates neighborhood in Herndon. Duties include picking children up from school (school is walking distance from our home), cooking their snacks and dinner meal, getting them to/from after school activities, light laundry and walking our pooch. We have a minivan for your use. Kids love to be outdoors, walk, hike, ride bikes, swim and also love to just chill and hang out at home doing crafts like slime (shocker!), painting, Legos, going on rock and treasure hunts in the back creek. They love to read/be read to, play board games, help with cooking and baking, and laugh. Have had issues with caregivers who were connected to their phones instead of connecting with our children, so we are diligently seeking someone looking to be fully present with our children and in our home. Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required (their previous caregivers have spoken Spanish and we'd love to keep that language alive in our home!).
