    THE ROLE

    This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, luxury skincare company that has been enjoying unprecedented growth both domestically and in international markets.  Joining the New Product Development team as the Global Regulatory Intern will provide an experience in ensuring our prestige skincare products are compliant with current regulations and registered to be sold across the globe. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and can juggle multiple projects.  

    Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with collecting thorough & factual data & information to support the regulatory team and provide support to product development projects as assigned.
    • Assist in building and maintaining Regulatory Product Information File (PIF)/Product Dossier for product registration in China, US, EU, UK, Canada, and others.
    • Interact with various departments (Marketing, Operations, NPD) on regulatory issues and/or strategy.
    • Coordinate with external raw material suppliers to collect necessary information for China product registration and maintain database to track progress and completion
    • Support the Regulatory Department with project reviews for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assists in the tracking, archival and retrieval of regulatory information for product registration following instructions from supervisor
    • Supports ongoing quality control inspections of product assortment

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science) Current students are also encouraged to apply!
    • Strong interest in the personal care industry and cosmetic regulatory affairs.
    • Excellent administrative and data management skills.
    • Skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
