Erus Energy is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Concierge) to manage the fulfillment of solar installation projects for residential customers. In this role you will be interfacing with homeowners and internal teams to ensure the successful installation and activation of the solar energy system. Bilingual (Spanish) required. Responsibilities: - Regular calls to assigned homeowners to keep them appraised of the progress on their project. - Taking calls from homeowners who have questions on their project or from past clients who need maintenance on their system. - Daily and weekly team meetings. - Maintaining ongoing follow up and relationship with the client to fortify relationship and maximize opportunity for referrals. - Providing electronic notes daily in our customer database. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: - $17/hr+ DOE + bonus opportunity. - Bilingual (Spanish) required. - Schedule for this position varies and may include Saturdays.  - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or some college preferred. - Three or more years of experience in Customer Service, Processing, or similar. - Solar experience preferred, but not required. (Knowing the lingo is helpful in getting up to speed quickly.) - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. - Regular attendance and punctuality required. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment. - A pre-employment drug test and background check is required.
