RECRUITER SOLAR ENERGY

ERUS ENERGY IS A LEADING SOLAR ENERGY COMPANY LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY ENERGETIC, HIGHLY MOTIVATED RECRUITER FOR OUR DIRECT SELLER SIDE OF THE BUSINESS IN OUR MCALLEN LOCATION. THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE BRING TOP SALES CONSULTANTS TO HAVE FUN WHILE EARNING MONEY! OUR MCALLEN LOCATION IS GROWING, AND WE NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE TO KEEP UP WITH OUR GROWTH!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage high volume recruiting activities with a strong attention to detail to ensure both a consistent candidate experience
• Use traditional and nontraditional resources, ATS, online job fairs, community network events, social media, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Request job postings via Job Posting Request form with Corporate HR department.
• Manage interview scheduling and coordinate details with hiring managers.
• Interview candidates via phone, Skype (or Similar) and in-person.
• Maintain records on recruiting activities as required (tracking sheets)
• Supports employee engagement and cultural programs initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or G.E.D./ Some college preferred.
• Previous ATS experience, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Social Media
• Three+ years of recruiting, preferably in a sales environment.
• Knowledge of commonly used employment concepts, best practices and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and general office equipment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
