Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist will serve as initial point of contact for team members inquiries across the organization pertaining to benefits, payroll, company policies and other HR injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
• Assist with duties of the department including but not limited to employee relations, training, health & safety and workforce planning
• Ensure legal compliance with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA and AA to minimize risk/exposure to the company
• Own the maintenance of team member employment files and record-keeping compliance; new hires, terminations and title changes.
• Assist in the administration of benefit programs; health dental, vision, life/disability insurance, time off, 401k plans and COBRA.
• Assist in process weekly payroll in Paylocity accurately and timely
• Assists in delivering the onboarding process including launching data collection, processing hires and other activities
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist
• 1-2 years processing payroll
• Time Management experience/ Proactivity skills
• Analytically driven and oriented
• Collaborative
