We? * are an international company with more than 45 years of engineering experience * strive to provide nothing but the highest quality of innovative goods * are continuously improving all our actions, measures and processes * value our employees as one of our most worthy resources Your responsibilities include? * optimization and development of existing processes * setup of machines and determination of the amount of parts produced * performance of sampling and testing of new tools and ECL parts * instruction of machine operators and manual workers * evaluation of product quality, including information of quality assurance in case of faulty parts * monitoring and readjusting machines as well as performing minor machine preventive maintenance * maintaining documentation of re-traceability, test status, adjustment reports and other general paperwork You? * have acquired either a High School Diploma or a GED * are not afraid of completing physically demanding tasks * have ideally already gained experience in a similar position * can utilize a Hi-Lo, an overhead crane and an injection mold machine (and possess the respective licenses or are willing to acquire them within a week of hiring) * identify with a strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mentality * have the motivation to work in a fast-paced, international environment of manufacturing * are not concerned you might fail a pre-employment drug test and background screening We offer? * great benefits and health insurance, including medical, dental and short-term disability * competitive pay and possibilities to advance * a clean and well maintained working environment Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certificates and Licenses: ? Forklift/Hi-Lo certification (or obtain within one week of hire date) ? Overhead crane certification (or obtain within one week of hire date) Equipment: ?
