Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to expand our excellent management team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Leadership: Fosters a motivated, organized, team atmosphere through excellent leadership and communication skills.

Efficient Production: Assists in the assignment of daily tasks and goals for field workers to meet appropriate job schedules. Helps Finishing and Formsetting Team Leaders utilize material, equipment and labor to meet company budget and quality objectives.

Estimating: Work with Company owner in the preparation of project bids, facilitating the subsequent management of the project in accordance with the estimate.

Customer Communication: Serves as the primary interface with the customer, initiating contact on a daily basis for each client project supervisor, proactively communicating production planning to meet customer objectives and seeking support and guidance from ownership.

Quality and Service Focused: Conducts Quality Control pre-slab/post-slab checks to ensure compliance with Escalante Standards in all aspects of production , to deliver high quality production that is right the first time.

Safety: Prioritizes safety by ensuring that both team member behavior and environmental working conditions comply with appropriate safety regulations and guidelines.

Training: Mentor and train Team Leaders, Carpenters, Finishers and Laborers on the job through compliance with Escalante Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to encourage professional growth and qualifications of all work crews.

Administrative Responsibilities: Timecards, Meeting Profit Targets and Relationship Management.
