GAME MASTER JOB SUMMARY

• The Game Master position enables customers to enjoy their escape room experience by either providing clues/ hints to help them solve puzzles or briefing customers on how to play the games.

GAME MASTER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).

• Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues.

• Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.

• Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers

• Maintain safety standards

• Cleaning area in and around venue

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: At least one year of related experience

GAME MASTER SKILLS

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Service orientation with ability to speak to groups with confidence

• Ability to multi-task and manage high-pressure situations

• Ability to work well with a team

• Takes initiative; will complete tasks without prompting
