We’re seeking a motivated escrow officer to join our well-established escrow team. You’ll be responsible for expanding our operations and conducting closing processes for real estate transactions. Responsibilities: • Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders • Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts • Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts • Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing Qualifications: • Firm understanding of real estate law, title and insurance, company policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with real estate closing: residential sales, refinance, commercial sales, REO and short sale escrow • Must possess a strong understanding of real estate contracts, mortgage loans, title commitments, and title insurance • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experienced with software using escrow / title functions • 5+ Years as an Escrow Officer • Current Book of business Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
