Empower Title, LLC is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Escrow Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for back-end/post-closing processing functions, and we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage a large volume of work, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Duties:

• Support Closers and Clients throughout the closing process.
• Communicate via email and phone with Clients and Lenders.
• Prepare files for closing/funding and coordinate with all departments.
• Handle disbursement activities.
• Record legal documents.
• Process outgoing wires.
• Disburse funds to the appropriate parties, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare loan files and ship them to Lenders.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• 2+ years of experience in the title industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
