About Escrow Innovations, Inc. & Real Estate Innovations We’re an independent escrow company with offices in Riverside and Beaumont, serving the Inland Empire. We focus on clean files, strong communication, and getting deals closed the right way. We’re not trying to be the biggest — we’re focused on being the most reliable. Let’s be real — this is not an entry-level admin job. We’re looking for someone who understands how an escrow file actually moves — not just how to answer phones. Our Beaumont office is busy, growing, and run by an experienced Escrow Officer who needs a true right-hand partner — someone who can think ahead, stay organized under pressure, and keep deals moving without constant direction. If you take pride in your files, catch things others miss, and don’t like letting a deal fall apart on your watch, you’ll fit here. Responsibilities: What You’ll Actually Be Doing • Managing active escrow files from opening through closing alongside your Escrow Officer • Preparing and reviewing opening packages, amendments, and escrow instructions • Ordering and following up on title, demands, insurance, and payoff statements • Coordinating signings and ensuring loan docs are complete and correct • Handling recordings, disbursements, and file closings • Communicating with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers — keeping everyone aligned • Staying on top of timelines so nothing slips (this matters here) • Jumping in to run the desk when your Officer is unavailable • You’re not just “helping” — you’re part of what keeps the deal together. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For Experience • 2+ years escrow assistant experience preferred , but we will consider: • Transaction Coordinators • Experienced Realtors • Lending/escrow support roles • Must understand the flow of an escrow file (this is key) Skills • Strong organization — you can manage multiple files without losing track • Detail-oriented — you catch issues before they become problems • Communicative — you’re comfortable talking to agents, lenders, and clients • Self-motivated — you don’t wait to be told what to do Technical • Experience with escrow/title systems ( Qualia is a plus ) • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic digital workflows Nice to Have • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Mobile home/manufactured home experience • California Notary (or willing to obtain) Requirements • Must pass DFPI and DOJ background check Compensation: $47,000 - $52,000 yearly
