Responsibilities: • Build expertise in the ResWare platform to effectively support daily escrow and title workflows. • Verify and authenticate wire instructions with financial institutions to ensure accuracy and mitigate fraud risks. • Initiate, review, and process outgoing wire transfers and incoming check deposits across multiple banking systems. • Perform quality-control reviews on outgoing payments to ensure precision and regulatory compliance. • Oversee the full lifecycle of paper checks, including issuing, voiding, and managing stop-payment requests. Qualifications: • Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate administration is required. • Excellent organizational abilities with a strong capacity to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a customer-centric approach. • Demonstrated attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy. • Familiarity with escrow or title software (ResWare preferred) is a plus. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.
