If you are looking for a well-established and industry-leading company to take your experience to the next level, apply today! $80,000 - $125,000 + Full Benefit Package Including Health, Dental, Vision, Life and LTD Supplemental - 401(k) - 125 Cafeteria Plan Responsibilities: • Finish administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure funds are disbursed accurately • Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately • Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders • Obtain, review, and clarify purchase agreements, contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to ensure successful closing • Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts Qualifications: • Experienced with software using escrow / title functions • High school diploma required — work experience or college degree preferred • Possess a strong understanding of title commitments, mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts • Firm understanding of real estate law, title and insurance, company policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • 5+ Years as an Escrow Officer Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
