Escrow Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Escrow Officer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing the escrow process from opening through closing. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of escrow transactions from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing documents, funding, and disbursement.
Work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.
Review title commitments, clear title issues, and coordinate with title examiners and underwriters.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process.
Accurately maintain records and update transaction files.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of escrow or title industry experience required.
Strong knowledge of real estate escrow practices, title procedures, and legal documents.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in escrow and title software (RamQuest).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Escrow Officer license or certification (if required by state).
