    FirstSource Title is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll independently manage a pipeline of residential resale, refinance, and new construction escrow transactions from opening to close. This is a client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering a seamless closing experience. Compensation: • Competitive salary ranging between $47,000 - $57,000 annually. • 5% 401(k) match to support your financial future. • 100% paid employee medical benefits (family coverage available at employee expense). Responsibilities: • Manage a pipeline of 25–40 escrow files per month from open to close with precision and efficiency • Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders • Review and interpret contracts and lender instructions; coordinate signings and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time • Prepare, balance, and finalize settlement statements prior to closing • Partner with the title team to quickly identify and resolve curative issues • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, underwriter, and company requirements • Provide mentorship and support to escrow assistants as needed • Deliver responsive, high-quality service in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Previous experience in escrow, title, or a related field preferred • Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with agents, lenders, and clients • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under deadlines • Experience with Simplifile or similar escrow platforms is a plus, but not required Compensation: $47,000 - $57,000 yearly
