    FirstSource Title is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to manage a portfolio of residential resale, refinance, and new construction transactions from contract to close. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless closing experience every time. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Compensation: • Competitive salary ranging between $47,000 - $57,000 annually. • 5% 401(k) match to support your financial future. • 100% paid employee medical benefits (family coverage available at employee expense). Responsibilities: • Manage a pipeline of 25–40 escrow files each month with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail from opening through closing. • Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other transaction partners, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process. • Review contracts and lender instructions , coordinate signings, and verify that all documentation is accurate and complete prior to closing. • Prepare, balance, and finalize settlement statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements. • Partner with the title team to proactively identify and resolve curative or title issues. • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, regulatory standards, and underwriter guidelines. • Support and mentor escrow assistants to promote efficiency, collaboration, and growth within the team. • Deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications: • Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate administration strongly preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with strong emotional intelligence and professionalism. • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with agents, lenders, clients, and colleagues. • Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency with escrow software systems (such as Simplifile) preferred — training available for the right candidate. Compensation: $47,000 - $57,000 yearly
