FirstSource Title is in search of a meticulous individual to join our team as an Escrow Officer. You’ll manage your own pipeline of residential resale, refinance, and new construction escrow transactions from open to close. This is a high-touch, client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on communication and detail. Responsibilities: • Manage 25–40 escrow files monthly from open to close with accuracy and efficiency • Act as the main point of contact for all parties, including buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders • Interpret contracts and lender instructions; coordinate timely signings and documentation • Prepare and balance settlement statements ahead of closing • Work with the title team to resolve curative issues promptly • Maintain compliance with regulatory and underwriter requirements • Support and train escrow assistants as needed • Provide responsive, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Previous experience in escrow, title, or a related field preferred • Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with agents, lenders, and clients • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under deadlines • Experience with Simplifile or similar escrow platforms is a plus, but not required Compensation: $47,000 - $57,000
