You’ll be responsible for expanding our operations and conducting closing processes for real estate transactions. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the title examiner to issue the title policy • Assure all escrow transactions and escrow accounts are handled in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations • Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing • Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting • Conduct professional interaction and coordinate with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, realtors, brokers, buyers, and sellers Qualifications: • High school diploma required — work experience or college degree preferred • Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company policies / procedures • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experienced with software using escrow / title functions • Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts • 5+ Years as an Escrow Officer • Current Book of business Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
