Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the entire escrow process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. • Collaborate closely with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth and timely closings. • Review and prepare all necessary escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. • Coordinate with title companies to ensure all title requirements are met and resolved before closing. • Handle the disbursement of funds in accordance with the closing instructions and company policies. • Ensure all escrow files are complete and organized, maintaining meticulous records for future reference and audits. Qualifications: • Experience in managing the full escrow process from initiation to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Must report to the office in Camarillo. • Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions. • Proven track record of preparing and reviewing escrow documents with meticulous attention to detail. • Strong communication skills to maintain clear and open lines with clients, addressing questions promptly. • Experience coordinating with title companies to meet and resolve all title requirements before closing. • Ability to handle the disbursement of funds in accordance with closing instructions and company policies. • Proficiency in maintaining organized and complete escrow files for future reference and audits. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
