Responsibilities: You’ll help support transactions from contract to closing by: • Scheduling closings and coordinating logistics for in-office and remote transactions • Assisting with files leading up to closing • Balancing and helping fund escrow files accurately • Receiving and processing earnest money deposits • Communicating with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction • Helping keep files moving smoothly and proactively solving problems along the way Qualifications: This position is far more than “administrative support.” The right person is: • The calm in the chaos on busy days • The detail-oriented team member who catches what others miss • A strong communicator who keeps everyone aligned and informed • A trusted support partner to the closer and the entire office What we’re looking for: • 2+ years of customer service experience (title, mortgage, real estate, or legal industry preferred) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and follow-through • Positive, team-oriented mindset • Notary commission preferred (or willingness to obtain) • SoftPro experience is a plus Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 yearly
