Escrow Innovations, Inc. is a DFPI-licensed, independent escrow company with two successful locations in the Inland Empire. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic Escrow Sales Representative to help us expand our market reach and grow revenue. Why This Role Rocks: • Be the face of Escrow Innovations, Inc. in the field • Leverage your network and relationships to drive real results • Work with a supportive, high-performance team • Make a direct impact on company growth—and your own earnings • Earn a competitive base salary + upside commission Who We're Looking For: You’re: • Charismatic, confident, and naturally outgoing • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset • Well-connected with real estate agents, brokers, and industry pros • Focused on results and energized by hitting goals • Ready to hustle, build relationships, and close business Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, lenders, and other referral sources • Actively prospect new business through in-person visits, calls, emails, and networking • Represent Escrow Innovations, Inc. at broker previews, open houses, mixers, and community events • Educate real estate professionals on our services and value • Follow up with current clients to deepen engagement and loyalty • Give presentations to small and large groups about how we support successful closings • Strategically grow market share and drive monthly revenue targets Qualifications: • Proven sales success in escrow, title, or real estate preferred • Strong network of real estate contacts (existing book of business is a huge plus) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated and able to work independently • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, etc.) • Clean driving record and reliable transportation • Willingness to attend after-hours events as needed • MUST pass a DFPI and DOJ background checks Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly + Commission
