    Position: Escrow Support Processor

    Contract: 2/17/2026 - 5/15/2026 (Potential Temp to Perm)

    Pay: $18.00/HR, Paid Weekly

    Location & Schedule:

    This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work in Florida or Texas, based on business needs. Candidates must be local to at least one location.

    Work hours are Pacific Time (6:00 AM–6:00 PM PST), with the schedule subject to change. Overtime may be required depending on business needs.

     

    This position is temp to perm for the right candidate.

    Position Summary:

    • Provides centralized administrative and clerical support for the initiation and closing of residential escrow files, reducing high-volume processing demands on branch offices.
    • Responsible for the accurate receipt, scanning, and imaging of escrow-related documents to ensure complete file history, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality control standards.
    • Serves as a liaison between escrow branches, lenders, and internal teams by communicating requirements, instructions, and status updates.
    • Supports the receipt and processing of lender and buyer funds, assists escrow teams with in-office support, fulfills pre-document conditions, manages HOA demand requests, and performs remediation and escrow support functions at a national level.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Use of computers and technology.
