    Position: Escrow Support Processor

    Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) until 3/15/2026

    Location: Mesa, AZ

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Shift

    Pay: $19.00/HR, Paid Weekly

     

    This position is temp to perm for the right candidate.

     

    Position Summary:

    The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical support for all documentation related to the opening and closing of residential escrow files. This role helps reduce high-volume paperwork for branch offices by managing document processing, file preparation, and administrative tasks. The position communicates instructions and information to escrow branches (not directly to customers) and may support both escrow openings and closings.

    This role is similar to an associate-level position but may involve slightly more complex tasks as experience is gained.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and prepare documents required for initiating and closing residential escrow files.
    • Provide centralized support to escrow branches by handling high-volume clerical tasks.
    • Communicate file updates, instructions, and document needs to branch escrow teams.
    • Follow established escrow procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.
    • Support both escrow openings and closings as needed.

     

    Top Skills & Preferred Experience: 

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong decision-making and self-motivation.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to learn—training provided.
    • 1–2 years of escrow processing experience (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

     

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Use of computers and technology.
