    Esperanza Therapy Services has a great opportunity for a BILINGUAL CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR TO PROVIDE ABA/BEHAVIOR THERAPY SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IMPACTED WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. Esperanza Therapy Services is currently seeking individuals that have a desire to make an impact in the life of a child and their family. Esperanza Therapy Services provides behavioral services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities (Autism, Down syndrome, etc.) teaching them life and social skills, while working to modify and improve their behavior.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR, you will oversee the clinical behavior therapy plans for 15-20 client families and supervise Behavior Specialists that work with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities (i.e. autism), as well as work closely with clinical and management staff to provide effective oversight to your assigned caseload. This position requires a lot of driving!

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Write, develop, and manage new behavior therapy programs and treatment goals
    • Provide field supervision, ongoing training, and performance feedback to Behavior Specialist staff; work with HR manager to address related personnel matters
    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
    • Monitor data, manage ongoing program development and write quarterly progress reports
    • Coordinate and facilitate bi-monthly team clinical meetings with parents and Behavior Specialists
    • Coordinate and facilitate weekly/monthly parent trainings
    • Excellent communication skills, problem solving and leadership is a must
    • Travel to client family homes on a daily basis
    • Other duties as assigned

    BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKING IS REQUIRED.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • AREA:Ability to work in and around Monterey County, San Benito County, Santa Cruz County, Santa Clara County and the surrounding regions.
    • EDUCATION:Master’s Degree in Psychology, ABA, or any related field.
    • CERTIFICATION:BCBA or BCaBA preferred
    • YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:1-2 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and managing behavior programs or working in a similar/related field or role, directly with youth and families. 1 year of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programming and case management experience is strongly desired
    • SCHEDULE:Full-time, Exempt (salaried) position
    • PAY:$59,000- $65,000/year, depending on experience
    • BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:Complete FBI background check
    • OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Reliable transportation, Valid CA Driver’s License and Proof of valid Automobile Insurance, Recent TB screening clearance (within last 30 days)
