Haven Gaming is a youth focused esports organization whose goal is providing safe and welcoming environments where kids can learn and grow through gaming. We're looking for a team member to join us in our pioneering mission at a popular country club in Farmer's Branch. You'll be responsible for the day to day operations of the facility, including providing technical support, customer service, and running small events. The ideal candidate is a passionate gamer, who's ready to use their experience to help the next generation. Duties * Prepare gaming stations for customers, including cleaning, game installs, and rudimentary tech support * Greet and interact customers authentically to create welcoming and fun environment * Help customers have a seamless, hassle-free gaming experience by providing excellent support and assistance * Facilitate & assist with programming, including tournaments, coaching clinics, and camps * Work with support staff to ensure gaming stations are always in top condition * Other duties as assigned Desired Experiences and Skills * Experience in IT and/or customer service * Knowledge of gaming and esports * Familiarity with basic PC and console troubleshooting steps * Experience with esports or other gaming events a plus
