    Job Description

    Essen is currently seeking an Healthcare Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition Department.

    The selected candidate will support several facets of the organization (i.e. Corporate, Business, Operations, and Clinical). You will partner with the business to design and execute the best candidate experience, and ultimately hiring the best.

    The Healthcare Recruiter will be detail-oriented individual who will support the full-cycle recruiting process, lead and manage the hiring process, but not limited to:

    • Partnering with leadership and hiring managers to identify hiring needs, and prioritize and execute accordingly
    • Manage the full recruitment life cycle to attract, engage, and ultimately hire the best talent
    • Build a strong candidate pipeline via proactive sourcing, particularly for difficult-to-hire roles
    • Manage the interview process, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience
    • Manage reporting metrics to effectively measure and assess recruiting progress and performance.
    • Ensure quarterly recruitment campaigns for doctors and coaches successfully result in the hiring of top talent providers
    • Enhance recruiting processes to decrease time to hire while ensuring a positive candidate experience
    • Own reporting metrics (e.g. time to fill, number of passive/active candidates, number of interviews, retention measures) for Clinical Recruiting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    • Manage a passive funnel, applicant funnel, and drive referrals
    • Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and ultimately sign top candidates
    • Understand the market and come up with creative ways to connect with the right talent
    • Collaborate with the rest of the recruiting team to ensure great candidate experience

    The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:

    • 5 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment in a Health Care strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/HealthCare or related field
    • Experience Recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
    • Metrics-minded and let the numbers drive your approach
    • Strong relationship builder and proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates
    • Creative, strategic and always striving to improve
