Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
• Assisting customers in finding the best products to fit their lifestyle.
• Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Driving sales through retail promotional campaigns
• Build brand recognition through local events and direct marketing
• Interact and communicate with customers
• Problem solve and make a professional judgment on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer (candidate will be trained in this area)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR!

• Ability to work either full time or part time
• Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
• Great communication skills
• Excellent Time-Management
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Must be able to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
