Job Description
We are currently expanding for planned opening offices across LONG BEACH. Our growth in partnership with major Government Funded Telecommunications clients calls for us to build our team. We need to fill a Sales Representative position to oversee the promotional marketing and sales for the Federal Lifeline Program.
THIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY; WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 HOURS PER DAY. THUS, WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL BOTH PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME ROLES.
Responsibilities:
Highlight clientele's strengths in product and brand image in a consumer perspective
Cross-functional training with account directors and sales team in strategic marketing and campaign development
Develop advertising promotional plans and assist training to new team members in the division
Discuss the opportunities for potential markets and conduct target market research to understand our clients approach in attracting consumers
Measure team members' performance and construct guidelines to stay on task with the advertising campaign
Engage in innovative creativity designed to portray an entrepreneurial profession and create material that relates to our business and clients
Requirements:
Background in leadership roles or mentorship experience
Potential Management Training
Public Speaking
Open to networking at National Conferences
