Sales and Customer Success Representative
Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify promotional sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
Meet with potential new leads as well as existing customers
Mentorship of the existing team and potential new team members
Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge
Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner
Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts
Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned promotional sales manager
For local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned
Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in market research or other related fields
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in teams
This role involves the selling of products or services and commission pay
