This is a hybrid-flexible position. We are looking for an Estate Administration and Probate Attorney who has established probate experience, and who is looking for mentorship and career advancement in a truly enjoyable work environment. Demonstrated experience in estate administration in North Carolina is required. We are looking for an attorney with the ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of different personality types, on both good and bad days. Attention to detail, ability to effectively track time, and a high level of communication responsiveness will be required in this role. The ideal candidate will be driven to exceed expectations and contribute to the development of the firm in a meaningful way and will have the following qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina (ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED) - do not apply unless you have already taken and passed the North Carolina Bar Exam or have been admitted through reciprocal admission • At least 2 years of experience working with estate administration and probate matters at a law firm that focuses on estate planning and probate • High emotional intelligence • Tech-Savvy - a digital native, comfortable with software and automation tools • Experience with, and comfort with, one-on-one consultation meetings with clients on your own Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 yearly
