What We're Looking For: • Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude • Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing • Reliable transportation, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license required • Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus What We Provide: • Competitive compensation: Starting at $20/hour for new team members, $20 - $22 hour or higher for experienced candidatesPotential for growth: Opportunities to progress into leadership positions with more $$$ • The chance to create a meaningful impact in seniors' lives during significant transitions Responsibilities: • Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal • Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings • Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process • Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions • Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges • Perform any additional duties as required Qualifications: • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment is essential • Proficiency in basic computer skills is a must-have • Previous experience in social media marketing engagement is highly valued • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to excel in a collaborative setting are required • A High School diploma or equivalent education is necessary • Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory • Growth opportunities are available for exceptional talent Compensation: $20 - $22+ hourly DOE
