    About the Role

    A prestigious, privately held estate in Sonoma County is seeking a highly skilled Estate Operations Manager to lead the maintenance and day-to-day operations of our property. The role includes oversight of a diverse mix of private residences, active agricultural land, and hospitality spaces—all set in one of California’s most iconic and productive regions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee maintenance of residential, guest, and commercial buildings

    Manage building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security

    Supervise landscaping, fencing, and infrastructure upkeep

    Coordinate water systems including wells, pumps, and irrigation

    Maintain and service agricultural equipment

    Support sheep, olive grove, and vineyard operations

    Lead and manage staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and reviews

    Develop and manage operating budgets and vendor contracts

    Facilitate special events and property improvement projects

    Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    Minimum 5 years in property or facilities management

    Strong leadership and team coordination experience

    Deep knowledge of building systems and water infrastructure

    Agricultural operations familiarity

    Valid California driver’s license

    Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

    Discretion and professionalism in high-profile settings

    Ability to work outdoors and manage physical tasks

    Preferred:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities, or Construction Management

    Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    Experience with luxury estates or high-end residential properties

    Certifications in field related areas.

    Working Conditions

    Full-time, year-round position

    Weekend and holiday work during peak seasons

    Emergency on-call availability

    Physical demands include lifting, outdoor work, and machinery operation
