The ideal candidate will bring warmth, empathy, and clarity to clients navigating estate planning, probate, and trust administration. You’ll guide individuals and families through critical decisions with sensitivity and precision, providing peace of mind and tailored legal strategies. This role is perfect for an attorney who values meaningful client relationships, clear communication, and practical legal solutions. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, advance healthcare directives, and powers of attorney. • Manage probate and estate administration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and compliant handling. • Counsel clients compassionately through complex legal decisions related to estate planning and probate processes. • Represent clients effectively in probate litigation, trust disputes, and contested matters when necessary. • Collaborate with internal teams, including family law attorneys, to provide comprehensive and coordinated legal services. • Conduct client consultations, clearly explaining legal processes and answering questions to build confidence and trust. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estate planning, probate administration, and trust law. • Strong understanding of Arizona probate codes and estate planning practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to client relationships. • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Compensation: $100,000+ DOE
