    Our growing law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of elder law issues, including wills, trusts, and Medicaid regulations. This exciting opportunity requires a license to practice law in North Carolina, at least two years of experience in estate planning, and the ability to draft both revocable and irrevocable trusts. This role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of clients, helping to ensure their financial security. Responsibilities: • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action • Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets • Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Qualifications: • Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years is required • Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
