The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in trust & estates, estate planning, or related practice area in a law firm
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax considerations related to trusts and estates
- Experience advising clients on estate planning, trust administration, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
- Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
- Emotional intelligence and sensitivity in advising clients on family and wealth management matters
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Licensed to practice law
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex estate planning needs
