We are currently looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Availability Flexible Hours Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000+ DOE plus bonus Location: Spokane, WA, US Responsibilities: This associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ matters, including: • Conducting initial consultations and devising strategies • Delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants • Excellent communication and follow-up • Meeting with clients to understand their estate planning goals, financial situation, and family dynamics • Educating clients on estate planning options, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives • Reviewing documents for sophisticated Estate Plans • Leading and participating in final meetings with clients and review of drafted documents • Assisting executors and trustees in administering estates and trusts. • Works well with a team • Shows strong attendance habits • Driven to learn Qualifications: Our preferred candidate: • Is an active member of the State Bar of Washington and possibility of Idaho • Has one to three years of legal experience preferred • Has Estate Planning and/or Estate Administration experience • Has the capacity to handle cases and clients independently (after a period of orientation and monitored work) • Shows compassion when dealing with clients and has a talent for winning their confidence and respect • Is willing to work hard to see that clients receive top-notch service and results • We are looking for someone who has character, intelligence, and integrity and someone who contributes positively to the atmosphere within the office • Microsoft Office experience Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly DOE + bonus
