To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the client's intentions, this role demands a high degree of detail. Advising clients about funding their plan requires knowledge of various types of financial accounts. Responsibilities: • Drafts Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives for Health Care. • Researches and drafts deeds. • Applies for tax identification numbers. • Guides clients signing estate planning documents. • Helps clients by keeping clients informed of case progress. • Gathers and organizes client information. • Inputs information into practice management software. • Maintains electronic and hard copy files. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. • Accomplishes law firm mission by completing special projects as needed. Qualifications: • Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations • J.D. is required. • The ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft products. • Keen attention to detail.
