Your daily practice will center on working closely with clients to navigate complex estate planning, estate administration, mergers and acquisitions, and business compliance. Responsibilities: • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. • Manage estate administration and probate proceedings with attention to detail and empathy for clients' needs. • Draft and review documents related to mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, entity formation, contracts, and compliance. • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsive service. Qualifications: • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. • Excellent technology skills (Mac proficiency preferred; familiarity with Clio preferred). • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards. • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Georgia State Bar. Compensation: $100,000
